OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
- 1
First Meeting
We start with a discovery call via email or WhatsApp to understand your brand vision, target market and price expectations. We outline feasible MOQs, materials, printing/embroidery methods, and a realistic timeline. You’ll receive a checklist of required assets (logos, size range, references) and a clear next-step roadmap.
- 2
Tech Pack Design
Our designers create or refine a production-ready tech pack covering fabric composition and GSM, stitching and seam types, trims and accessories, colorways, labeling/packaging, size spec and tolerances. If you already have a tech pack, we perform a manufacturability review and suggest cost/time optimizations.
- 3
Sample Production
We source the agreed fabrics and trims, then produce your first prototype. This includes printing/embroidery tests (if needed) and basic wash/fit checks. Typical lead time is 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and material availability. You’ll get photos/video updates during production.
- 4
Sample Review
You approve fit, fabric handfeel and construction details. We iterate on measurements or workmanship if anything is off. If required, we provide a pre‑production sample (PPS) to lock final specs before bulk—this de‑risks color, print placement and packaging.
- 5
Bulk Production
After approval, we schedule bulk. Materials are booked, cutting/printing/embroidery planned, and line setup confirmed. Production usually takes 4–8 weeks depending on quantity, processes and seasonality. You’ll receive milestone updates (cutting → sewing → finishing).
- 6
Quality Control
Our in‑house QC inspects measurements, stitching density, print durability and color consistency. On request we arrange 3rd‑party inspection (AQL) with a detailed report and photographs. Non‑conforming items are reworked before packing.
- 7
Shipping
We finalize packing lists, commercial invoices and HS codes, then arrange DHL/UPS air or sea freight with your preferred Incoterms. You receive tracking and ETA. For first orders we share a short receiving guide so your warehouse checks quantity and sizes efficiently.

Our Factory & R&D · In‑house Manufacturing Workflow
From tech pack to shipment, a standardized process that keeps quality, lead time and cost under control.
1. Client sends Tech Pack
You provide a complete tech pack: design sketches/CADs, fabric notes, color refs, size chart, fit and construction standards, trims/labels/packaging, and any special requirements. Our sales rep validates scope with you; design reviews feasibility and flags unclear parts for clarification before handing off to production.
2. Pattern Making
Senior pattern makers build accurate base patterns from your spec, checking proportions and grading logic. Design aligns on silhouette and key measurements. Patterns are double‑checked and approved for cutting.
3. Fabric & Trims Sourcing
Purchasing orders approved fabrics and trims (composition, GSM, finishes, colors). Lead time and MOQs are confirmed with mills. On arrival, QC inspects for defects and color deviation before release to cutting.
4. Cutting
Automatic/hand cutting according to markers. Each component (front/back, sleeves, pockets, rib) is labeled to avoid mix‑ups. Supervisors ensure yield and alignment; QC samples cut parts for accuracy.
5. Sewing
Assembly by operation: join panels, attach collars/cuffs/zippers, finish hems. Proper machines are used (flat‑lock, overlock, bartack, buttonhole). Post‑sew QC checks stitch density, seam strength and loose threads.
6. Finishing
Printing/embroidery, dye/wash, heat‑setting, moisture/soft‑hand finishing as required. QC verifies color uniformity, registration/placement and hand‑feel. Non‑conformities are reworked before packing.
7. Quality Inspection
Full in‑house inspection plus optional third‑party AQL. We check measurements against spec, workmanship, appearance and functional parts (zippers, buttons). Defects are repaired and re‑inspected.
8. Packaging & Warehouse
Fold and polybag per size/labeling rules, add hangtags and wash labels, then carton and palletize. Packing list and barcode labels are generated, items are transferred to warehouse awaiting shipment.
