Launch Collection Program — From Tech Pack to Your First 50-Piece Run
The Launch Collection Program is ClothReady's guided path from a first idea to a sellable first collection — built for US/EU brands whose order isn't yet big enough for a traditional factory's 300–1000 piece minimum, but who need more than a print-on-demand blank.
Instead of treating 50 pieces as just a low number on a price sheet, we treat it as a full development engagement: we help you choose the right fabric, tighten your tech pack, build a sample you can actually sell from, get sizing right, and land your first production run — so you launch with a real product, not a compromise.

Our Process for Small Brands
We have simplified manufacturing so small and growing brands can work with us as easily as large ones.
Brief & Business Scenario
Tell us what you're launching and why — first collection, first reorder, or expanding an existing line. We scope the program around that scenario, not a generic order form.
Fabric Selection
We recommend fabric options based on your product, price point, and target market, and send physical swatches before sampling begins.
Tech Pack Review
We review your tech pack (or build one from a reference sample or sketch) and flag anything that would cause fit, cost, or production issues before we cut fabric.
Sample Development
We produce a physical sample in 7–15 days, including size grading recommendations so your size run fits your target customer from the start.
Trims, Accessories & Packaging
Labels, hang tags, drawcords, zippers, and retail-ready packaging are sourced and approved alongside the sample — not added as an afterthought.
First Production Run
Once you approve the sample, we move to your first bulk run — 50 pieces per style per color — with the same AQL 2.5 quality inspection used on runs of any size.
Reorder & Scale
Sold through your first run? Reorder in the same low-MOQ batches, or scale toward a full collection using the same tech pack, fabric spec, and sizing — so quality stays consistent as you grow.
Why Brands Choose ClothReady
Built for the Gap Between POD and Big Factories
Print-on-demand can't give you a real custom garment; traditional factories won't talk to you below 300–1000 pieces. The Launch Collection Program is built specifically for the order size in between.
A Program, Not Just a Low Number
"50 pcs MOQ" is the last step, not the whole service — fabric selection, tech pack review, sampling, sizing, trims, and packaging all happen before a single bulk unit is cut.
De-Risk Your First Order
Test demand with a 50-piece run before committing capital to a larger production run.
A Repeatable Path to a Full Collection
The same process that gets your first style to market scales cleanly into a reorder, then a multi-style collection, on the same specs and fabric sourcing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is included in the Launch Collection Program?
Fabric selection and swatching, tech pack review (or development from a reference sample), a physical sample garment, size grading recommendations, trims/accessories sourcing, custom packaging setup, and your first 50-piece bulk production run per style per color.
Is this different from just ordering at your 50-piece MOQ?
Yes. Ordering at MOQ alone assumes you already have a finished tech pack, fabric spec, and sizing locked in. The Launch Collection Program is the guided development work that gets you there first — MOQ is just the final production step.
I don't have a tech pack yet — can I still start?
Yes. You can start from a reference sample, sketch, or even a competitor product link. Our team builds a production-ready tech pack as part of the program.
How long does the whole program take, start to finish?
Typically 7–15 business days for sample development, then 25–35 business days for your first bulk run after sample approval.
What happens after my first 50-piece run sells?
You reorder in the same low-MOQ batches using the same tech pack and fabric spec, or start developing additional styles toward a full collection — the groundwork from your first run carries over.
Who is this program for?
US/EU brands that already have a brand identity and product direction, but whose first order isn't large enough to meet a traditional factory's MOQ — including gym & fitness startups, streetwear labels, and influencer/community merch brands.
